The text was read by Archbishop Ettore Balestrero, Permanent Observer of the Holy See to the United Nations Office and Specialized Institutions in Geneva, Permanent Observer to the World Trade Organization (WTO), and Representative of the Holy See to the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
